ABOUT THE RESEARCH

The revised Gibson Test of Cognitive Skills was studied in a nationwide sample of 2,737 people ages 5–85. Reliability evidence included test-retest coefficients from 0.69 to 0.91 and split-half coefficients from 0.87 to 0.91, with concurrent validity coefficients against the Woodcock-Johnson III ranging from 0.53 to 0.93. The GACS also showed strong reliability across administrations.
