What Did Researchers Find?

The study reported significant improvements in workplace self-efficacy, work performance, functioning at home, and cognition. Participants also reported improvements in processing, comprehension, memory, confidence, and work or academic performance.

Small pilot study involving a specific population; findings should not be generalized to all adults or all causes of cognitive difficulty.
