Researchers examined one-on-one cognitive training among students ages 8–14 with attention problems, measuring memory, processing, reasoning, attention, IQ, and behavior.
What Did Researchers Find?
Statistically significant differences were reported in working memory, long-term memory, logic and reasoning, auditory processing, and IQ. Qualitative reports also described changes in cognition and behavior.
The study examined multiple outcomes; not every outcome was statistically significant.
